09/06/09 Javier Velasco closes the 21st Master's Programme of the Real Instituto de Estudios Europeos

Javier Velasco, Minister for the Presidency of the Government of Aragón, yesterday closed the 21st Professional Master's Programme in European Communities and European Union of the Real Instituto de Estudios Europeos, and presented certificates to the participants, who come from several countries in Europe and the Americas and from ten different degree courses. He recently took part in the sessions, setting out the external action of the Government of Aragón and holding a wide-ranging debate with the participants.

He was accompanied by senior officials from his department, as well as by Nuria Díaz, Head of the team that defends Spain's interests before the Court of Justice of the European Communities, and Maximiliano Bernad, President of the Institute.
