Inaugural lecture by Isabel Tocino, member of the RIEE's Honorary Committee and former Minister for the Environment

Isabel Tocino will give the inaugural lecture of the 30th Course on the European Union of the "Alonso V de Aragón" Chair on 20 March, at the Provincial Council of Zaragoza.
