Tribute to Esteban Peralta at the opening of the 28th European Academy of Jaca

On 16 July, at the opening of the 28th European Academy of Jaca, a tribute will be paid to Esteban Peralta, an agent of the International Criminal Court and a member of the Board of the RIEE. Speakers on that day will include the Under-Secretaries of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Rafael Mendívil, and of Public Works, Mario Garcés. The closing ceremony on the 20th will be conducted by the Secretary of State for International Cooperation and for Ibero-America, Jesús Gracia Aldaz.
