30/11/12 The Chairman of the ICO gave the inaugural lecture of the 25th Master's Programme in European Union (Manuel Pizarro class) at Ibercaja to nearly 200 people

With a brilliant lecture on "Banking union and the eurozone crisis", held in the Patio de la Infanta of Ibercaja at a ceremony chaired by the President of the Cortes of Aragón, José Ángel Biel, and the Minister for Finance and Public Administration of the Government of Aragón, José Luis Saz, before an audience of nearly two hundred people, the Chairman of the ICO joined the list of distinguished figures who have given the inaugural lecture of the RIEE's Professional Master's Programme in European Union.
