18/12/12 Ambassador Javier Elorza closes the 2012 studies of the RIEE's 25th Master's Programme in European Union with a special session

On 18 December, in a special session devoted to the most difficult negotiations conducted by Spain in the European Union between 1986 and 2002, Ambassador Javier Elorza, who played a very prominent part in them and is a member of the RIEE's Honorary Committee, closed the 2012 sessions at the Institute's headquarters.
