"The OECD: from its role in driving European integration to its part in the governance of globalisation" was the title of the talk given by the Ambassador, former Secretary-General of His Majesty the King's Household, to the members of the Mario Draghi class and a large audience, in the Salón Rioja of Ibercaja.
