24/06/14 Jesús Gracia, Secretary of State for International Cooperation and Ibero-America, gives the closing lecture of the 26th Professional Master's Programme in European Union.

The ceremony took place in Ibercaja's Patio de la Infanta in Zaragoza. It was presided over by the Chairman of Ibercaja, Amado Franco, and attended by Gustavo Alcalde, the Spanish Government Delegate in Aragón.
