15/12/14 The distinguished State Attorney Antonio Sáinz de Vicuña, now at KPMG and for many years Director-General of the Legal Services of the European Central Bank, signs the Book of Honour of the Real Instituto de Estudios Europeos.

The ceremony took place at the Institute's headquarters, shortly before he gave the inaugural lecture for the 27th class of the Master's Programme in European Union.
