13/05/15 The President of the Cortes of Aragón, José Ángel Biel, addresses the members of the 27th class of the Master's Programme in European Union during his visit to the Real Instituto de Estudios Europeos.
He had previously signed the Book of Honour. The event was attended by the
Director-General for Common Policies and General Affairs of the European Union,
Alejandro Abellán, who spoke next.
