27/07/18 The Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, Josep Borrell, closed the 30th Professional Master's Programme in European Union of the Real Instituto de Estudios Europeos in the Ministry's Hall of Ambassadors and presented the members of the class with their final certificates.
